How many braincells do you lose from huffing duster?

Hi, I was just wondering how many braincells you lose from huffing duster. I've only huffed once, and I stopped because I know it's dangerous, but I'm sill curious about this topic. How many do you lose? Do they come back? If they do come back, how long does it take for them to return? Around how many braincells do we have, anyways?
