Starting A Saltwater Aquarium Help?

I have a 46 gallon Bow Front Aquarium and I want to make it saltwater. Just fish and no corals well maybe a feather duster. What can I stock the tank with and can I add some shrimp? I love their long antennas. And I want to add some clownfish. What would I need to make the tank succesfull? I have this so far. 2 aqua clears 50's, 60 ponds of marine live sand, 50 ponds of live rock, salt mix, 300 watt heater, (2) 350gph power heads, 80 watt t5Ho light with a 10k bulb and a actinic bulb. A Protein skimmer. Is this good?
