How can I make a Cheshire Cat costume?

Ok so for my 18th birthday I'm having an Alice in Wonderland costume party, but the thing is my mom isn't even in the same country (she went too see my step dad) and I'm stuck planning the whole thing on my own. I have games and decorations and food that I'm gonna do but I need my costume still and I only have 11 days (my birthday is july 8th). i really need some help here. now I'm on a budget of 115 dollars and I really don't wanna have to spend 50 just to get a costume, I would rather make one just like all the decorations and food and stuff. Its kinda hard because I have no idea where to start, so if you could help me out that would be amazing. <3 Now nothing slutty ok? I would like to bend over and not flash my whole party some panties, but seriously I really need some help. PLEASE help
