Which is the cheapest gas and electric company at the moment?

I've moved into a house and it is currently being supplied by British Gas. I want to switch to the cheapest provider, it seems to be quite complicated though with all the different tariffs. Can anyone tell me which supplier is generally the cheapest and if there is a tariff that would work out best please? I am in a 3 bedroom house with gas central heating. Thanks!
