People I know who sell on Ebay say that the company supports the consumer more than the seller, so you might have one strike against you in that regard. Also, you're the purveyor, and though there's a saying of caveat emptor, you could very well be held responsible for all kinds of allegations, especially in the wording and claims of the products in your store. You might want to ask again in the "Law and Ethics" category if you haven't already.
