My household is so unsanitary and no one in my family cares!?!?!?

My house is a complete wreck. No one who lives with me tries to make an effort to clean it up except for me, and i'm only 15! For example: My mom will clean the laundry, but instead of putting the laundry in cabinets, she'll put it on the couch where it will stay until someone picks it up wear it. There are times I can't even sit on the couch because there is so much laundry on it. Our bathroom is so disgusting too. There is mildew on the walls from water and paint is peeling from the celling. There is so much dust around the house too, and we don't even own a duster to clean it up! My brothers never puts the dirty dishes in the sink so there are dirty dishes in almost every single room in the house (we don't all eat at the same table, we eat where ever we want). They don't even throw out there garbage either! there are used tissues and napkins all over the floor/behind furniture. Things break in my house or need repairing but my dad is never around so nothing gets fixed. Random items are in ever room because nothing has a place to be, like today I found my brothers dirty deodorant inside the computer cabinet and it didn't even have a cap on it! That deodorant should have been in the bathroom/ his bedroom but of course it's not. I also found an old moldy chinese food box inside the toy bin today. It was so repulsive. It's a complete pig sty and my parents don't care! I care more then they do, which I think is very wrong. I'm not a clean freak or anything but I just don't want to have to push aside loads of garbage and clothes just to sit on the dam couch. It's so stressful and I hate my house because of the mess so much. What do I do??
