I got attacked by 2 girls taking my 3 kids to school?

its was 9oclock of morning i was taking my three kids to school then all of a sudden 2 girls jumped out a car and started hitting me with knuckle dusters my head was pouring with blood my kids were screaming it was awfull. anyway at the time a ambulance woman happened to come round the corner she took me back round home and checked me over she sent me to hospital. anyway the 2 girls were arrested , i had phone call off police other day saying all charges had been dropped the girls said i attacked them first , is there anything i can do i think its discusting my kids having to watch this it made them ill and knowing they have got away with it .because no witnesses only my kids its left me heartbroken im scared to go out i keep thinking there behind me my kids are scared to play
