How do I get a supplier for my store?

I need a shirt supplier that is affordable. I also need a way to print out some designs. Are there any good ways to print some designs by hand and it can permanently stay on even through washer and dryer? Just simple shirts that are comfortable to wear. I also would like my store's logo tag to tag on the shirt also somehow. Any good advises for a first time e-commerce business?
