How do I Clean these Cobwebs?

In my garage on the door window and the window in the garage, the man that lived there before me put chicken wire over both windows (its in there real good). Cobwebs built up bad in there, & I can't get a rag in there to clean them so I sprayed some duster spray in there. This got alot of it out but there's still some cobwebs & dead bugs in there. I don't really want to take the chicken wire off because its good to keep burglars out. How should I get the rest of the cobwebs out?
