Help i froze my finger!!?

Ok i have gas airsoft gun and I use a air duster adapter and I was pulling it out when i was done filling up bit i think the nozzle on the airduster froze and when i pulled it out it was spewing the cold liquid stuff on my finger for like 3 seconds...at the moment i dont feel anything on the finger
