E brake to hand brake?

Is there a way to convert it I was never a fan of it so I was wodering if there might be a kit or a modification I could do to change that im turning my old 93 duster in to a sleeper so any help whould be awsome on another note whats some good high powerd v6s or some small block v8s thatd might fit in that thing my original though was to drop one of those old cadi 500ci in it I doubt it whould fit
