360 engine rebuilding help?

Im rebuilding a 360 mopar engine, i was thinking about using a Demon, road demon 725 cfm carb, my question is what kind intake manifold to use, I also want to put a single carb street scoop on the very top, would a 2 inch carb spacer be enough to lift this out of the hood of a 75 duster?
