What tax liability do I have if I am dissolving my LLC?

I am closing my business which is an LLC. I am relatively familiar with my personal liabilities to my vendors/suppliers etc., but what is my personal liability for property taxes/sales taxes/income taxes, etc. Do I have the same protection under the LLC with these taxes as I do with my vendors, etc.?
