I'm scared of my cat help!!?

ok so i was watching tv in the living room when i hear something in my bedroom,. i came in and saw he was trying to get a fly and eventually got it and ate it. after that he jumped of the windshield and started like putting his tail up and back up like he was afraid of something and almost hissing when i touched him, i almost touched him , i almost touched him. now he like comes up to my feet almost and i dont know what hes going to do and i take my badmintion raquet and like scafre hime with it cuz im scared of what he might do! plz help im a child! never happened to my cat before like thise!
