I didn't even know it was possible, but my dad told me recently that the bank wouldn't let him have a debit mastercard because you can apparently be overdrawn up to $500, and he has super bad credit. I'm really poor at the moment and my cats have no food, so I'd like to overdraw a little bit (like $20) so I can buy them food. I know the fees would be really high, but I don't care about that. I can pay for it once I get paid. Any idea how I can do this?
