unfortunately your low karma is probably whats making them hostile towards you.im not sure what to do to get in to the bunker except maybe get some stealth boys and your sneak up,then try sneaking in and running out.other than that you could check out the fallout forums and see if you can get some help there.i usually kill off the legion,i only went with them once to get the achievement and that was it,now when i play i kill them off.hope this helps.good luck in new vegas.
